The flat rate system uses the same powerful technique that the agents use yet you save thousands without having to pay listing commissions to that agent.

You can still offer buyers real estate agents an incentive commission to bring their clients to you after they find your home though the MLS listing service.

We list your home in the MLS  for only $99 per month and you can stop at any time. The average home takes 3 months sell in the State That Your House is located that is seen by the entire world.

2. - MLS Listing One Time $399

We list your home in the MLS for only $399 for a one time fee and it stays in the MLS for 7 months. This is the most popular plan.

3. - Lock Box $50

When you list your home in the MLS you will be showing thousands of real estate agents that you home is for sale and you can offer theses agents a commission for bringing their customers to you and selling your home. (this is how most homes are sold). To aallow these agents access when you are not there you will need a lock box (the same that a traditional real estate agent would use.)
