The mls system allows brokers to enter homes for sale across the state (nation). This is done so that other real estate agents that have buyers ready to buy can find your home easily. It also allows average home buyers to find your home on every major real estate site so that you can sell it yourself if you choose. Either way you save big commission dollars when you sell your home.

The traditional brokers and agents charge their customers 6 or 7% of the sale price for this service (full service). Our service allows you to do this for a flat rate of $99 per month or $349 for 6 months.

HERE IS HOW EASY IT IS!

Step 1: Sign Up Online

Step 2: Pay for Flat Fee Service with Credit Card or Pay Pal.

Step 3: Fill out form on house information.

Step 4: Decide if you want to offer an incentive to other real estate agents to bring their clients to show your house (we strongly suggest this and it is usually 3%)

Step 4: We list your home in the MLS system.

Step 5: Contact us when it sells.
